| Each month we will calculate your earnings and reminder will be send out if you have reach our minimum payment policy of MYR50, each payment request should be made before/on 15th of every calendar month and you will receive the payment at the last week of the month. | ||||

| 2.1 What is Publisher ID? | ||||
| It is the unique code generated by WaAffiliate system to keep track on your affiliate account's referral fee calculation. You are not required to remember the Publisher Id but you would need to remember your Waahhh.com member account login information. | ||||
| 2.2 What is Website URL? | ||||
| It is the link to your blog/website which is a compulsory for the enrolment to this WaAffiliate Program. | ||||
| 2.3 Why do I need to enter Website Language? | ||||
| It is to ensure your blog/website content can be match with WaAffiliate ad unit content. | ||||
| 2.4 Is my contact information being kept private? | ||||
| Yes, all your contact information entered would be use only for WaAffiliate program and we would not publish it to any other third party. For more information, kindly refer to Waahhh.com Privacy Policy. | ||||
| 2.5 What is the Payee Full Name? | ||||
| It should be your name as per NRIC or the name which you certified that you will be able to receive payment made payable to the name. Together with it shall be a correct address for the payment cheque delivery. | ||||

| 3. Manage WaAffiliate ad unit | ||||
| 3.1 What is Affiliate Channel? | ||||
| Affiliate Channel allows you to view detailed reporting about the performance of specific pages and WaAffiliate ad unit. You can create different Affiliate Channel with same WaAffiliate ad unit size and track where your clicks are coming from. However, one Affiliate Channel can only contain one ad unit size. | ||||
| 3.2 What is the ad unit? | ||||
| It is the specify WaAffiliate widget size to insert into your website/blog so you are able to start your online earning with WaAffiliate. | ||||
| 3.3 Are there any limits for the Affiliate Channel that I can create? | ||||
| There is no limitation to how many Affiliate Channel you may create, but you must create a minimum one (1) Affiliate Channel. | ||||
| 3.4 How do I Create New/ Add Affiliate Channel? | ||||
| On your WaAffiliate panel page, click Affiliate Channel, and then click Create New Affiliate Channel. Fill up the column details:- | ||||

| On you WaAffiliate panel page, click Performance, select the performance report format you wish to view by the drop-down list. (Yesterday, Past 1 week, Past 1 Month, or show all) | ||||

| It is not encourage doing so. In such special case, please send your request to affiliate@waahhh.com our support team will give assistance to you on the issue. | ||||
| 5.4 How long should I wait for the payment issue after submission? | ||||
| Waahhh.com will only process payment request before or on 14th of every calendar month and after request evaluation, payment will be issued on the last week of every calendar month. The later will be process on the next calendar month and payment issued on the last week of next calendar month. | ||||
| 5.5 How can I check my payment request records? | ||||
| On you WaAffiliate panel page, click Earning and Payment, and click Payment Request History to check your payment request records. | ||||
| 5.6 Why my payment request is failed? | ||||
| It might due to few reasons such as incomplete payment details, inappropriate payment details, or any other reason which our support team will notify you. | ||||
| 5.7 Why my payment request is rejected? | ||||
| It might due to the abuse of WaAffiliate program policy or any other reason which our support team will notify you. | ||||
